Project Management and Project Engineering Services

The Project Management and Project Engineering Services support  each protection and control, electrical, structural, and mechanical, and drafting services and for each project stakeholder  using the Canadian E-Solutions Cloud computing environment as well as integrating with the customer's internal work processes.

These Project Management and Project Engineering Services include:

  1. Management of Information Systems.
  2. Preparation of the Plan Schedules and Financial Reports using standard project delivery practices.
  3. Implementation and management of Project Schedules and Financial systems include provision of:
    • Project Charter/Statement of Work /Work Breakdown Structure to plan, delegate responsible persons, and work on the project timeline agreed with the sponsor and stakeholders
    • Statement of Compliance Review
    • Perform  Risk Management by executing decision-making and risk mitigation to ensure successful and on time delivery of the projectt
    • Vendor Management to ensure timeline and deliverables are met for the project
    • System Acceptance Testing Strategy review and acceptance prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    • Determine business readiness prior launch to production such as managing trainings  as well as ensuring completion of training materials
    • Review the Service Description of the project
    • Provide reports for Revenue Accounting reconciliation
    • Monitor reconciliation of transaction logs and Revenue Accounting required reports
    • Cut-over Plan Review for  seamless flow from UAT to production
    • Lead Post Cut-over Activities
    • Post Launch Monitoring
    • Identify policy and process changes that can happen when the project is implemented
    • Facilitate high level Policy Procedure Manual (PPM) preparation to incorporate process in relation to the project
    • Cascade policies and procedures to users and provide inputs/changes for a seamless implementation of the project
    • Facilitate project acceptance and sign-off from users once all inputs/changes are considered
    • Project material management.
    • Manage Project Management Process has been observed and all required documents are in place.
